I don't know the engineers name (it was Andy) that came to mend my washing machine but I believe he deserves a testimonial. He was very knowledgable and efficient and he didn't take very long identifying the problem and fixing it. He is an asset to your company and I want to sat a big thank you to him.

Having had a problem with my Samsung washer drawing fabric softener (and sometimes liquid detergent) immediately a program starts, I contacted Samsung.
They informed me an engineer would ring AM with a time. I stated that the day they assigned, my partner was carrying out interviews over Teams all morning.
The engineer turned up early am (missed the call), and I apologised and stated screen is less than two metres away from the washer so not convenient. He persisted a number of times to the point where I was intimidated.
I contacted Samsung to explain and they read the notes and states that engineer states I shut the door on him and refused my appointment!
I contacted Trio stating what happened and instead of an apology I got a very surly response stating how annoyed the engineer felt having had travelled over! The curt responses during email and telephone contact with Trio didn't stop there.
I stated to Samsung I didn't want the original engineer to attend and they sent someone else. He changed the pump as he said this was the issue, then check it twice and drove off.
I immediately checked and put a wash load in and yet again the fabric softener immediately pulled (about a third). The engineer had left approximately three minutes previously so I rang and he ignored my call and texts.
Back to Samsung and they sent another engineer after another rude response by Trio's office. This time the original engineer was the only one I was allowed and so my partner took the whole day off so he could sort it out without me.
Original engineer claimed firstly that the washing machine should be taking all fluids immediately a programme has started and after being challenged he then denied any came out and then he changed his mind stating that the machine must have always drawn softener since day one. This is not the case.
Because Trio have submitted a report stating that the washing machine doesn't have a fault Samsung have deemed their response to be accurate despite several phonecalls.
Next year I shall be contacting Which? to fully explain the issue I have as per advice from where I purchased it from.
I have throughout been told that Trio are the ONLY engineers Samsung use and they refused to send another company, and if Trio attend again they will charge me.
It would seem Trio can say and do what they want do bear in mind before you buy a Samsung washer that you will end up with this outfit.

Appalling service. Representing Samsung, they repaired my freezer and left a massive wet mess and all the sticky wrap on the door for me to undress and leave. COVID dictates they should have wiped it down but that never happened.
Came out for another fault today and after watching them damage my fridge by scraping it along my counter top, they argued they didn't do the damage even though I watched and the damage was fresh before leaving without repair.
Avoid these cowboys and if you get them as part of Samsung, beware

Had an engineer out earlier today to look at our fridge. He rang in the morning like they said they would and gave me a 2 hour window which he then arrived within. The engineer was lovely and upon seeing the machine he diagnosed the issue straight away and fixed it. His professionalism was not taken for granted considering the people we have had out for other things in the past. Will definitely be recommending and using again. Thank you so much!!

Poor customer service & rude. Didn’t test our washing machine fully & was leaking after the engineer left. After contacting them they said they will come back in 2 days & let us know a time. Called at 7.40am, missed the call at & 5 minutes later he’s at our door ringing the door bell twice & loudly banging on the door before I had a chance to open it, when I said you didn’t need to do that he said “well I need to be in Milton Keynes”. I said I was disappointed that he didn’t test our machine properly on his previous visit & he said “you need to calm down mate”. When I complained
