The Filepro Case Management software is great. It does everything that we need it to do and more. It is super simple to use and is a one-stop shop for everything that we need.
We spent a considerable period of time evaluating possible software providers before deciding to proceed with filepro. Initially we were attracted by the 'pay as you go' element and its functionality. We have found it meets all our needs for SAR accounting purposes, provides useful management information, incorporates time recording as well as providing a comprehensive case management system.
I have been delighted with the Filepro software; it has a logical structure that I find straightforward to use.
