We engaged Steve and his team to build an extension in early 2019. Working in construction, I had seen examples of Elite Building projects elsewhere, and was impressed by the high standard of workmanship first and foremost. From our initial discussions with Steve, we found him to be extremely professional, dynamic in his thinking (always has good suggestions!), and perhaps above all a great guy and a Gentlemen.

Elite building have been fantastic! Steve has helped me with loads of jobs that needed doing since moving into our first home. He offers fair pricing and every job he does is done to the highest quality. Steve was incredibly respectful when in our home, and communicated with us really clearly in regards to progress. Steve is a pleasure to have around!

Steve and the team have just finished some work in our property and we could not be happier. They converted our kitchen and dining room into an open plan area, laid underfloor heating, fitted a new kitchen and have made a utility space for us at the rear of our garage. From first contact Steve was everything you need from a builder/project manager. He advised us on our plans and helped us make good choices in the planning. Steve takes the time to explain everything and does not make you feel silly for asking any question. We stayed off site during the project so Steve stayed in daily contact and

I would highly recommend Steve - his ability to Project Manage is fantastic, and has great communication skills with his team. Nothing is too much trouble and he is very knowledgeable on both building and internal work, with some great ideas. Work is carried out to the highest standard and with him checking progress on a daily basis and reporting back to us. He is a lovely guy and a real pleasure to have working on my home.
