Services
Colin started his training in the construction industry as a designer for a pre-stressed concrete supplier before going on to work for himself as a draughtsman carrying out the design of many projects and home extensions. C&S Fox Developments was formed in 1990 and we built our first house in Great Stukeley.
Over the last 30 years we have built over 35 houses, some as speculative builds and some as commissions for customers. They vary in size from 1,500 up to 5,000 square feet and style varies to suit the individual setting and the owner's requirements. We have often built in Conservation Areas and are experienced in working with the planners to design projects to fit in well with their surroundings.
We have completed a great number of extensions over the years and each one is carefully designed and constructed to match in with the existing building. We work on all types of property be it a modern, period or listed building and we can offer a full turn-key project where we see a project through from initial concept all the way through to the final lick of paint.
We carry out a variety of internal works, bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, and specialised carpentry work. These can be part of a larger project or as a project in their own right. We can supply and fit kitchens and bathrooms, we carry out all the electrical, plumbing, tiling and decorating work. All fittings are purchased through branded outlets so that you know the quality of the products.
We have constructed a wide range and number of conservatories, orangeries and summer rooms, each style befitting the character of the property. A range of materials can be selected including solid hardwood and uPVC with glass or tiled roofs. These structures can be separated from the house or integral to the property.
