From first point of contact through to completion, we want purchasing your new garage door, or arranging a repair, to be a pleasurable and easy experience.
At the head of the Elite family is Mark Lloyd, our Founder and Managing Director. Mark grew up in the Cotswolds and his career in the garage door industry began when he joined the manufacturer Cardale Garage Doors in 1994 when they were manufacturing in Brackley, Northamptonshire. During his early career with Cardale he delivered garage doors across the South West to many housing developments in Devon and Cornwall.
Being a family business we have family values at heart. We provide an honest, reliable service with attention to detail from our first survey through to installation of your garage door. We treat every home as our own and treat our customers how we would want to be treated ourselves. Our free on-site survey is not a sales pitch, it's an opportunity to consult with you as to the best door for your property and budget.
It depends on the type of door you have. Give us a call or email us a photograph of the inside of your door and we will let you know if it is possible along with a quotation. Yes we do! We repair and service all makes and model of garage door and automation systems. Our call out is 70 and this covers up to one hour of labour.
We undertake work for many local property developers and can be as involved as you need us to be. Some of our customers choose to purchase doors from us as supply only and fit themselves but the majority ask us for the full package from providing brickwork opening sizes to build to, through to supply and installation of the door.

Elite have just installed 2 x Garador steel canopy up and over doors for us. The service from Lorraine in the office and the installers has been excellent. Very professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They were great value for money compared to other companies. I would not hesitate in recommending their services and will definitely go to them again.

Would just to say great installation team did a great job neat and tidy afterwards would not have known they had just fitted the door. Excellent service from the first contact and survey right through to completion by the installation team, back office staff were all polite, professional and kept you informed all through the process.

Excellent work from start to finish. Great price, excellent communication, fab workmanship. They even fitted us in early through a cancellation - and Lorraine was as pleased as we were above getting us done early - showing how much they care. The two guys turned up, got everything done quickly and to a high standard. If you have a shabby garage door then don't hesitate - get a new one though Elite Garage Doors before your's breaks!

This company is amazing from customer service through to installation. There were, as I was told there would be, delays due to covid and possibly Brexit. Throughout, the communication was fantastic and I was constantly updated of the progress of my delivery. And the guys who installed it were communicative in their arrival time, and were polite and helpful beyond belief. Oh, and the doors are fantastic. I would highly highly recommend!!

Very pleased with the garage door installed by Elite today. The guys arrived when promised. Installed, checked functionality and ensured I was happy.
The whole process took around 8 weeks from first contact (waiting 6 weeks for the door), the quote was provided on the same day as the survey.
The company office called me shortly after install to check I was 100% happy.
