Chris and the team did a complete re-roof of my home, including installing a sun tunnel into one room. (I had previously had a higher quote from a roofer who did not know what a sun tunnel was, so was happy to hear that Chris has fit them previously.)
Very happy with the professional and polite manner of the team - they were especially considerate of me working from home, including working around my schedule to fit the inside of the sun tunnel with minimum disruption to me. They were really tidy and respectful of my neighbours, and my gardens whilst working.

Chris and his team carried out work on my roof following a double dormer installation. The work carried out was to install a warm flat roof and tiling of the front and sides of the dormer. I was highly satisfied with the work which took a couple of weeks due to bad weather and delay in getting the materials. His team also installed 2 skylight roof windows which look amazing. The work was to a high standard and I would definitely recommend them.

Chris and his team carried out a full re-roof on my semi-detached house. He is very helpful and gave good advice. The work was carried out in a well organised, efficient and professional manner and the work was completed in 3 days despite some very inclement weather. All debris was removed and the property left as tidy as possible with scaffolding removed within 24 hours. I can certainly recommend Chris and his team for any roofing work required.

Chris has done two jobs for me, the last one being a full re-roof. Couldn't fault him and the lads.
After the scaffold went up there was a slight problem with access, i reported this to Chris at 9am on a saturday morning and it was rectified by 2pm the same day. Couldn't of asked for more.
Great job, competitive price and would recommend to anyone.

I have used Chris Maggs on a quite a few occasions to carry out re-roofing works for a number of properties I have managed. The service was very professional, and the workmenship was excellent. He left the site tidy and so far I have not had any recalls. He was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Ignore the previous reviews this is a good roofing contractor and I would recommned him to anyone!!

should be zero stars!! please keep well away from this roofer..he will take your money and do half a job, that is what he did with our roof. He comes across as very nice but behind it all is a cowboy roofer. We lost £1000's because of him taken our money and not returning to finish off!! we are very disappointed!

My parents used Mr Maggs on a large roof job- we got his details from Checkatrade. We had issue with him from the start, not turning up on the days he was suppose to come. A job he said would take a week, took several weeks. We were so frustrated with him and his excuses. Luckily we held money back otherwise I don't think he would have returned to finish off. Any way since did the job we have had numerous issues with leaks and the gutter has clasped on one side. He ignores our calls and will not come back to repair the roof. PLEASE KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!
