Smart Skills provides architectural, planning and design services. We design and draw plans for residential and commercial properties within a convenient cost and a short time period. We at your request, can act, apply and deal with the local Councils for submissions, so just sit back and relax and let us take care of the legal implications.
When you contact us, an initial visit to your property is arranged. We will pop around and scan your home layout using our own measurement tools. During this visit, we listen to your requirements, advise on the best solutions, and discuss alternatives, planning and Structural perspective and work out approximate sizes of the proposal.

After engaging this company on 3 occasions I have lost 2 jobs because of their attitude and ethos , luckily I managed to win the 3rd job back round and after paying for an architect out my own pocket the job was completed. Only interested in money grabbing with now to be found zero communication skills. It is only after asking for feedback as to why we lost the 3 jobs that we were told your architect is the reason !!!!!!

Interesting how the majority of positive reviews are from accounts with one review, I would be highly surprised if these were actually genuine reviews. With that in mind here is a genuine experience of having used Smart Skills. Ali from Smart Skills proved to be a complete nightmare on my project. From the outset he gave a reasonable price and promised to deliver a superior service. He rushed to come over and measure but alarm bells should have rang when he only seemed interested in the money rather than listening to what I wanted to achieve. I am very satisfied with Smart Skills services. They help my wife in achieving exam success in Life in the UK exam and ESOL.
