It could pre-empt a problem that could otherwise lead to a breakdown and, therefore, a repair in the future. Check the boiler has been installed in line with manufacturer's instructions and current gas safety regulations. If a boiler is not serviced, it is more likely to break down and need repair work in the future.
AJB Services are now accredited to work not only on mains gas but also LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) fed gas boilers and appliances. The principles of working on LPG boilers are identical to mains gas. They still require an annual service and to be looked after, particularly if the annual service is required to keep a manufacturer's warranty valid.
Oil burning boilers need to be serviced on a regular basis. One of the main reasons for this is that burning oil causes boilers to get very dirty on the inside, so they need to be cleaned regularly. A check that the boiler has been installed in line with manufacturer's instructions and Oftec regulations.
Whether using gas or oil fired boilers, AJB Services can carry out any central heating work, large or small, domestic or commercial. Once a central heating system is installed, we can maintain it with Power Flushing, and if there is a problem we can repair and fault find. In addition to the above, we also carry out work on storage cylinders if appropriate.
We are happy to handle all of your plumbing needs, which might include a full bathroom re-fit, all the way through to a simple dripping tap. We are also able to handle any emergency repairs you might have. We are happy to consider any plumbing work, and as with all work that we do, where ever possible, we will fix before we replace.

I have had the most amazing service from AJB in Neston. The installation of the boiler which was moved from the kitchen to the attic I'm delighted. The service is outstanding and my remote was dealt with and replaced within 24 hours I know I made the right choice in choosing my new boiler. Thank you all.

We asked AJB to service the boiler in the house our daughter had recently bought and couldn't have been more impressed. From the first phone call to the eventual return visit to replace a faulty timer, everything was promptly and professionally handled, exactly how business should be done. Thoroughly recommended. We're now plugged in for an annual service and they will be our first port of call for future gas and plumbing requirements.

Adam & Carley at AJB run a totally professional business with an equally good team to back up the admin and the actual hands on work. It is always a genuine pleasure to deal with AJB & I have recommended them to numerous friends & neighbours, whether for their own homes or their rental properties. We were on the hunt for a new boiler and had tried a few companies but were not happy with one thing or another. We had not come across AJB before but, as fate would have it, their van drove past our house so we decided to check them out. We are so glad we did. From Carley who kept us up to date and informed on what to expect, to Darren and Adam who fitted our new boiler and radiators. The experience from beginning to end was stress free and top quality. We'd highly recommend AJB.

Had a full flush through of our existing heating system and a new boiler too. The service was excellent and the new system is fantastic. Oh...we wanted the new boiler in the understairs cupboard to free up room in the kitchen...which was done with the minimum of fuss....in fact you could hardly tell that we had any work done because the guys cleaned everthing up after they had finished.
Adam recommended 'hive' which controls all the temperature settings throughout the week.Its great,we can put the heating on whenever we like from wherever we are,using our mobile phones.
Overall...EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP

Just had a full lpg central heating system installed and the old electric heating system removed. The lads working on it went beyond expectations and the work was excellent. I expected the house to be turned upside down as there was nothing in place already, yet both nights I came back from work you couldn't tell anybody had been working, the place was swept and hoovered and looked spot on. I couldn't recommend AJB any more highly, the whole team throughout were faultless and the aftercare is brilliant.

I'd been badly let down by a previous plumber and was in desperate need of a plumber! My friend recommended this company to me, they've been absolutely fantastic! They've literally bent over backwards to help me! I've only been able to give a maximum of 5 stars, but, if I had the choice, they'd receive a million! Really professional, kept up communication with me every step of the way and turned up when they said they would, all at a very good price too! Thanks go to the whole team! I will definitely be using them again!
