Our Vaillant boiler broke down on Christmas eve, no hot water, no heating. Tried to contact Vaillant direct, no luck. They only seemed interested in selling me a service plan! Our local plumber who serviced the boiler 2 weeks prior to the break down didn't show any interest. I went on line to find a heating engineer, tried a few numbers including Glowcare. Graham from Glowcare was the only engineer who had the courtesy to contact me. I explained the problem to Graham, who then talked me through the procedure on how to sort the problem out, and it worked !!! Thank you Graham you are a life saver

We were experiencing an issue with our Vaillant ECOtec Plus boiler, which meant it constantly lost pressure as soon as the central heating turned itself off. The boiler displayed the F075 error code and would not work again unless the system was topped up. I spoke to Graham to give him the details of our fault and not only did he know exactly what the cause of this issue was he had the spare parts on his van to fix it.

Graham was great he fixed my mums boiler for her in less than an hour, replaced a part which he explained was a common fault with the specific boiler my mum had. He charged her £78 call out and work + £29 for the part £107 and wouldn't take anything extra off my mum. If you have a vaillent or a glowworm I would highly recommend contacting glowcare 100%. My mum contacted vaillant and they quoted a disabled pensioner £315 call out plus labour costs and boiler parts then had the cheek to try and rope her into a monthly boiler plan of £31 rip off merchants.

Turned up the same day as call was put in and fixed the fault there and then. Great service from Glowcare as per usual. They have been keeping me warm for many years now and my Gloworm CX30i will keep going for many years. No mention of you need a new boiler just fix the problem and see you next time.
