I'm glad others had a good experience, but sadly this was not my 79 y/o mums experience.
9 months overrun, tiles falling and hastily put back, 2x4 for skirting, leaking guttering, a damaged flat roof and to top it off, an invitation to sort our differences outside!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe this company works well with supervision, but on this occasion, they let our mum down. I could not recommend this company to anyone who is vulnerable by the job they did..

We were recommended Trendy lofts by our neighbour who couldnt speak more highly of them. Reasonably priced and the team guided us through the conversion from start to finish. It was completed a lot quicker than expected. Perry and Jack were always responsive and Jannine was very helpful, keeping us up to date. would definitely recommend!

The team they have are efficient and clean and provide excellent feedback throughout the whole process.
Josh and Mitch as the builders were amazing and couldn’t have asked for a more polite and pleasant team to work on the initial build.

We have just had our loft completed by Trendy Lofts and we are very pleased indeed. The work was carried out super efficiently and professionally. Perry and Jack were hands on throughout and made sure everything was co-ordinated and completed according to schedule. They answered any queries and gave good advice (to someone who had no clue). There have been no surprises and no hidden costs.
All workers with their various skills have been impressive, polite, respectful, clean, and tidy. It also was really good to see young apprentices, working hard alongside and learning new skills.

We’re delighted with our loft conversion from Trendy lofts. We wanted a quick turnaround time and Trendy absolutely delivered that. The team is reliable, communicative and friendly. Perry and the team were always available to answer questions and let us know what was happening next. You get the impression they’ve seen it all before, and as such no problem was too big or too small. We feel we’ve got an excellent end product, delivered on time and at the quoted price - we would highly recommend.

We are very happy with our loft conversion carried out by Perry and Jack at the end of 2020. Any type of house conversions can be quite daunting but Trendy Lofts made the process much easier than we expected, taking care of building control, floor plans and the general stresses that can come with building works. They have great work ethic, all the Trendy Lofts team were punctual, professional and polite. They were very friendly and made us feel at ease. They have finished our space to the maximum potential and we couldn't be happier with how it has turned out. We have and will continue to recommend

After doing a lot of research reading reviews and 6 loft companies later me and my wife decided to go with Trendy. Straight off the bat Perry and Jack gave us that good vibe and felt that we could ask them anything we wanted doing. Throughout the conversation (which was very very quick!!! 4weeks!!!)
We got to meet all the different members of the team who were very Friendly and professional and trustworthy.I'm personally a very picky person (who will check all the lines are straight and level) and can honestly say with a smile on my face that we are 100% happy. We chose Trendy because they were the best value of our quotes and came with good reviews on pace and craftsmanship.
Perry and Jack were very helpful throughout and their team were all very polite.
They worked so fast they were ready to "breakthrough" a week early! The wife and kids had planned to go on holiday during this stage and Trendy were happy to hold off until they left (very accommodating to our schedule).
The best was how tidy they were. I was expecting much more dust but these guys had loads of tricks and techniques to keep the rest of the house tidy. I lived at home throughout the
