We’ve just had our dining room floor replaced with wooden flooring and it looks great. Nigel Lakin was a great help in the showroom to explain which flooring would be suitable easy to choose good price given 2-3 weeks for delivery and fitting was only 2 weeks fitters very nice friendly and job well done. Will definitely use Lakin’s again when we need some more flooring. Five stars for friendliness, service and cost.

Nigel and his team have been absolutely fantastic in helping us selecting the right product for our house. Huge range of materials and colours available in the shop and fantastic customer service from the first visit all the way through purchase and fitting of the flooring. Also shoutout to Steve and his son for the brilliant work in the whole house, including the stairs!

We were lucky enough to be guided towards Lakin over 5 years ago and we've not looked back since! They have supplied and fitted all of our laminate flooring for our kitchen and utility and also our bathroom flooring. They have been absolutely brilliant with us over the years and most recently, the guidance given to us by Nigel to help repair some damaged flooring in the kitchen was fantastic. A few e-mails and phone calls later, we have a repaired floor that I was able to do myself without the risk of having to rip up the old floor and start again. They are a knowledgeable team, fair open and honest

We recently had a new floor laid in our kitchen. We were able to visit the showroom and choose from a wide range of flooring with excellent customer service provided by staff in the store. It was quite a complicated job and Lakin Carpet & Flooring Ltd organised both the re-levelling of the kitchen floor and laying of the new kitchen floor. The work was completed in only two days, to the highest standards, with minimal disruption and with an excellent end result!

When having a new kitchen, we were keen to have a real wood floor. Nigel was extremely helpful in guiding us through the myriad of options available, providing samples and lots of advice. He then liaised with the kitchen fitters in order to ensure the best look and fit. Supplied both flooring and matching skirting, using an excellent fitter we are delighted with the end result. Recommended.
