Absolutely fantastic from start to finish,
I phoned to book them had a friendly sale team that booked me less that 24hrs from my call.
8am as agreeded they were there cement lorry and pumping lorry, i had mis-measured (i'm only a diy dad)
they noticed straight away and reassured me this was not an issue at all, going above and beyond by helping me to level it out.
thank you.

I don't usually rate a service, for this one I have to. Fantastic service by this company, I used it second time in 6 weeks. Amazing and friendly drivers , starting from dealing with other road users to their coordination with the builder and the cement pumping people. It is also very easy to call and book friendly people at the office too. A very good value for money 100% recommend it.

I would'nt even give them 1 star if i could.
I orders concrete through Kelvin who before i had recieved the service was very helpful and kind. he tried to sell me a dream i now i see why they are busy and how i have been lied too.
Once the concrete had arrived 2 hours later than they told me, I poured the amount that they gave me through my measurments and they said to me i needed some more and that i was short. I called the office and they wouldnt answer the phone so i was left with no choice other than to give the driver the cash so that i could finish my job.
Becuase i used more than i had

Very disappointed. Agreed cash price for garden. Workers clarify if I am paying cash then turn the pump off and say they need to confirm with the office how much for the "extra". Turns out they figured out it is £100 without speaking to the office. Discussed with the boss who said he would wait for the driver to return to investigate. Waiting three weeks still no resolution. Avoid this company clearly making enough money to not bother with customers.

Contacted iMIX through their website, got an instant callback and quote and the concrete was pumped and laid within 48hrs. Very pleased with the result (its still setting as I write this). Nice friendly crew who did everything they could to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I'm only a DIYer and not a tradesperson but I reccomend you use these guys for any home project that requires punped concrete. In a word - brilliant!
