Really disappointing. I'm the director of a 45 block RMC and appointed Elliot after meeting with the team. I haven't one updated. We are now 23 days into our engagement and the only time Elliot called me was after I handed in notice.
Despite it having passed the legal time limit, Elliot hadn't notified me that my previous PMC hadn't sent the funds. Instead he chose to ignore me. Only notifying me once I decided to leave. I've seen a lot of bad reviews on here regarding TS, but chose to ignore them as Elliot was personable. I can assure you, they are correct. They all have the same issue that I

We got our help to buy valuation from here and are extremely pleased with their service. The surveyor who visited our property was friendly and polite. We received our report withing 2 days and they were really helpful with other bits of information that we required as well. Price wise, this was the best I found. No complaints at all.
