Professional service, very kind and responsive staff. Yes, the windows are pricey but we are amazed by the noise reduction and the overall quality. I spoke to a number of other providers including those who pride themselves for being in the market for years, but it's only this one where I felt I'm consulting someone who really knows what they are talking about and can support their claims with numbers.

Got some fantastic looking heavily soundproof windows. They are wood, look great and most importantly, are fantastic in keeping out the noise of a very busy road. Expensive, but worth it. The whole process of consultation, booking, the work being done and after care visit was very professional and painless. Would recommend!

We contacted Soundproof windows as we live on the ground floor of a block and the bedroom is by the main entrance. We had instances of people coming back late and chatting, or walking their dog at night, or guests at house parties standing by the door in the middle of the night and smoking whilst having a chat, all of which used to wake me and my partner up - both at night, and early in the morning.
Sebastian came around in November to advise on the level of soundproofing needed, and he was very upfront and honest, suggesting the best solution rather than the most expensive.

Contacted 'The Soundproof Windows' having just moved house and realised that the existing (aged) windows didn't keep out the noise of the main 'A' road we live on. Sebastien personally came to assess my requirements and explain his product. I subsequently had all 5 of the windows at the front of house replaced. Make no mistake, these windows are expensive - but they are totally worth it. A real specialist product that has eradicated the road noise and looks fabulous to boot. We had double-glazing installed by the Soundproof team on two windows of our flat that face a busy road - typically very noisy. From initial consultation with Sebastian and customer service by Alice to fast, perfectly executed installation and follow-up afterwards, all was friendly, transparent, quality-driven and professional. We're very happy with the end result and grateful to the team, which did an excellent job under unusual circumstances. Noise is now nearly inexistent and it looks really good, too.

We have just had two large windows installed by the soundproof window company. The service has been absolutely amazing. The windows fit perfectly and block out the noisy train line that runs beneath our window. It was the best money that we have spent on our flat and I would recommend Sebastian and his team without reservation.

Extremely happy with the product, service and installation. I live on a busy road and The Soundproof Windows where very professional, clearly knew what they where doing and suggested a great product to keep the noise from the road away from my flat. Once installed the noise has almost disappeared, so v happy. Would highly recommend.
