Made an order on Tuesday for delivery on the Friday (today). Waited in all day and at 2pm decided to check on the order. Oh did u not get a call to say we didn’t have it in stock!!! No we didn’t. When we placed the order there was 63 in stock and we ordered 20! Not back in stock until next Wednesday. Not much good when u have arranged the labour… for the weekend to do the job. We even called yesterday to check on the delivery and was told they couldn’t give an exact time but was definitely scheduled for delivery. Customer service score a big fat ZERO

I ordered some panels from the Twickenham branch & I received an email with the delivery date which was great. I called to say that did not suit us as myself & my wife were busy at work so the staff arranged for delivery on the morning of a different day. My wife took the day off work to be there and I called the branch at 12pm when the had not… arrived to be told they were on the truck but it would be 2-3pm before the delivery would be made. At 4.30pm my wife called to say they had still not arrived. She the called the branch to be told they were not on the truck but they would
