Two staff members in the warehouse tells me I can't be in the warehouse without a staff member. Not great customer service, gone to another merchants because they took long.
Reply on Google was quicker than the customer service.
Two staff members were chatting away about there weekend with no mask, while telling me to go find someone else to help, not really a worthy excuse but hey, you do you!

Spectacularly grumpy staff. Seem to be in a competition with each other as to who can be the surliest. The stock range is good which frankly is the only reason to visit.
Update.
A year later I’m forced to return. After being ignored at the counter for a few minutes we were eventually served by a friendly person so maybe it’s a step forward.

I just wanted to take a second to say how delighted I am with the service I have received from the Epsom branch of Hitchcock & King. I've visited twice so far and it's been the same two chaps both times (I think it's the store manager and the young chap with glasses).
