A Dormer loft conversion involves installing a box shaped structure into the pitched roof (sloped roof) of your home.
Hip-to-Gable loft conversions are suitable for any detached, semi-detached, or end-of terrace home with a hipped roof, where three sides slope equally downwards from the top. The loft space is constructed by turning one of the sides of the hip roof into a gable roof, creating a triangular-shaped, vertical end wall.

I had a great experience with Absolute. They got the job going quickly, worked very hard and finished the job on time. They did a dormer build up to first fix and I'm very happy with the results. The office staff were always available when I needed them and Chris the main builder did everything I asked. Would highly recommend them. Would also like thank Tony in the office who got a snagging issue sorted out quickly and was very helpful and supportive.

After my original builders let me down Absolute Lofts answered my SOS call and were absolutely first class. From start to finish Absolute Lofts were professional, knowledgable and honest about the work and timescales. Their site team, led by Gus, were top professionals, reliable, delivered quality work and were full of good advice on all aspects of my project. They restored my faith in the loft conversion trade and I would thoroughly recommend using them, my big regret is not going with them from day 1.

We had a great experience with Absolute Lofts. The team were great to work with. We had a comprehensive thorough initial meeting in which we discussed what we were after and we were shown some great ideas which we would never have thought of. We felt Absolute Lofts had our best interests at heart and really cared about the design and finish we wanted. We had other companies quote for the work but were nowhere as thorough, taking measurements and going up into the loft to make sure what we wanted would actually be possible..

We used Absolute Lofts to complete our loft extension on our house in Balham. From day one we were very impressed with their professionalism. The guys in the office kept contact with us during the entire build together with weekly visits to site. The teams worked every day including some weekends to get our works completed as quickly as possible. We were really pleased with the end result and their attention to detail was great. We would recommend Absolute Lofts to anyone looking for a loft conversion.

Absolute Lofts recently finished our loft conversion and we were extremely pleased with the result. The work was completed within the agreed time frame, to a very high standard and on budget. The principle contractor was most informative, constantly keeping us up to date as to the progress of the build. The team were immaculately clean with a minimal of disruption and mess. We have just had our loft completed by Absolute Lofts and we are delighted with our finished loft. We have a bedroom and en-suite in the loft space and I have to say Absolute and the builders were excellent. They were all polite, professional, and easy to communicate, nothing was ever too much trouble. The office would call us at least twice a week making sure we were happy with everything and giving us regular updates every step of the way and advise on those personal items we had to purchase to make sure our ideas were compatible for our loft.
