Our team of experienced and fully qualified engineers and surveyors have the knowledge and expertise to assist with all your drainage problems. Please remember that we also supply an emergency call out service 24 hours a day so please don't hesitate to give us a call if necessary! Alongside our normal services available to domestic properties we are also happy to design and provide personalised maintenance programmes for your treatment plants, septic tanks, pump systems, sewers and drains. Our portfolio includes a contract where we look after the drainage maintenance for over 20 hotels and pubs across the South and South West of England.
Please note that if a blockage cannot be cleared with rodding and jetting then we will provide you with our recommendations and a quote to carry out further required work, however you may still be charged. If the drain is found to belong to the local water authority you will have to call them to clear the drain on your behalf.

This company relined my drains but because the linings raised up each new section of pipe it caused a step where tissue and waste gets stuck causing continual blockages. Apparently they should have put in lips to prevent this. When I approached the company, this was the owners response;

I have done my part and taken a look at the drains and there is no issue that needs to be rectified.
The guarantee is against defects not blockages.
I will not be taking any more action.
