We have used Active drainange on a few occasions for properties owned by our clients. This latest job however was a real challenge involving a flat with blocked drains, an empty shop unit below and an adjacent shop through which the drains passed through. Mick and Ian were brilliant as per usual clearing the drains and solving a rather awkward issue. Prompt service and very conscience in getting the job done. Absolutely amazing work.......

Brilliant service, noticed a potential problem with my Pitch Fibre drain, phoned Active Drainage, survey done within days, with an accompanying quote I could discuss with the Loss Adjuster from our Insurer (NFU). I spoke to the loss adjuster, they spoke to Active Drainage, paid the full estimate into my bank account, I booked Active Drainage to do the work, they arrived within days, did a very tidy job of digging up the patio/garage floor and making good afterwards.
Within 4-5 weeks from highlighting a potential issue, we have new drains up to where it becomes the responsibility of South West

Would highly recommend these guys. They came very promptly, were friendly and very helpful. Reasonable price too.
They came to re-line drains as we had been told by someone else they needed doing. On checking with their camera they said they didn’t need re lining, it would be a waste of money! So the drains were jet washed .
We were pleased with their work and pleased to find such honest people.

Active Drainage has been first class service, after having a really bad experience with a non local firm employed by Homeserve. Active Drainage working on the behalf of Homeserve for the second time, have corrected the work carried out by the other party. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with detailing the work that they are carrying out. I have no hestitation in recommending these guys.

Came out for a blocked drain, were unhelpful and barely made an attempt to clear it before charging £60 for nothing. I implore anyone to use a different company for drainage issues. We called up another drainage company in the area shortly afterwards who managed to sort the problem with relative ease. What's an even more damning sign of their poor business practice is how they are now attempting to push us into removing our negative review, which unfortunately for them will not be happening.

A neighbour recommended Active Drainage as we had an ongoing problem with drains.
After clearing the drain the engineers quickly identified the problem with use of camera, which we were able to view and see damage. They carried out the repair the next day.
