I had Harmer Heating service my boiler & they also done a gas check for me (I didn't ask) in the early part of 2015. With NO problem & happy with every thing. I was charged £70.00 I thought was money well spend.
But this time ( Feb 2016) my wife let him in and he was all done in about 30 mins. I was charged the same £70.00 for the service and because I DIDN'T ask for him do a gas test he DIDN'T and WOULDN'T do one no mater what I said he just kept saying you didn't ask for a gas test, you didn't ask for a gas test, he would rather sit in his van for 20 mins than do a 2 min test.
