I have had 5 different quotes from different damp proofing companies. Creative Contracts was the only company who sent the same person to do the survey and the actual work. For me, this was a good way to vet the person/people who will be in your house day in and day out. I was lucky to have James and his brother work on my property that required damp proofing on the entire ground floor. They provided with the best solution, no added nonsense to make more money, on time, efficient, and trust worthy. Even my other contractors working in my property had nothing but positive thing to say about James

These guys were great. They were quick to respond to questions when quoting and booking and very flexible as we had to move the date due to other issues. They were very professional when they arrived and got teh job done to a great standard in a quick, timely fashion and when they left there was absolutely minimal mess.

Excellent job carried out by James and John. The repairs themselves were completed to a high standard and I am really pleased with the workmanship. Very honest and efficient damp proofing company. James gave the most competitive quote and executed the job in the most perfect manners. The house was left neat and tidy, they were very accommodating in terms of timing and no request or extra work would bother them.
