To help add value and relieve any further stress we also organise and manage all of the required building regulation inspections throughout the build so you are fully compliant!

More Than Lofts have completed a loft conversion and a back extension for us over the last 8 months. We went with them as they could do everything from the drawings to completion which meant it was a smoother… process. We were pleased with the standard of the work and the communication. They employ a lot of local people and many of their employees had been with them for a long time which I found comforting. The guys who came were knowledgable and some offered ideas a long the way which definitely improved the build. My main worry was that we were having such a lot done in a pandemic that

More than lofts carried out an amazing side return and kitchen extension to our terraced property. Despite access issues to the property this was never seen as an issue and throughout the build the guys on site and in the office were friendly, hard working, good humoured and trust worthy. Whenever we had questions they were always on hand to answer… or provide suggestions. The owner (Stacy) keeps close to every project, is always contactable and his primary concern is that the job is carried out 100% to your satisfaction. He is personable and honest and will always go the extra mile. Really

More Than Lofts have undertaken 2 projects for us, a loft conversion and a bathroom remodel and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We looked around at a number of companies to complete our loft extension and went for More Than Lofts for a number of reasons. Firstly, they are genuinely good people. From the outset, they made us feel that they share the importance of the work with us. They treated our house as if it were theirs. They were easy to get hold of at anytime and… having a shared Whatsapp group made it easy to connect and see the progress of the work. All the staff from the tradesmen to the office staff were great and helped make the work as less inconvenient as possible.
