We had all our windows/doors replaced last November by Verdi and I am pleased to say the overall service we have received has been excellent. Their products are of high quality and the installation itself went smooth. Whilst there were a few minor issues to rectify after the installation this is to be expected given the size of the work, and everything was resolved satisfactorily in the end. We have asked Verdi to come back out again to install a Porch and hopefully further projects in the future.

Extremely disappointed in Verdi. Always used a different company in the past for windows and doors but unfortunately they were too busy to be able to start the job soon enough so tried Verdi. Sales lady was great and really sold the idea of going with Verdi, however this is where the good service stopped.
Firstly, Verdi turned up 24 hours late meaning I had to take off additional time from work. It was suppose to be the first job of the day to start at 08:30. Only when I called up did they say they would arrive late morning, then took 3 more calls before they said they can no longer do it that

I was fortunate after 3 years to eventually get a refund from this *in my opinion) unprofessional and unskilled company and put them behind me. However recently they asked me to remove my reviews about my experience with them and not talk to other customers about my experience. Evidence of this available. If I did that they were going to pay an agreed figure towards the damage they caused. Again, evidence available. However I didn't accept their offer and we got the repairs done. Today I am still getting messages from customers who have had the same experiences as me and wanting advice on how I

Amazing service from start to finish. Had a veranda done in our garden. They came out did a quote and showed me samples of the quality of veranda they used. Order placed and came within time scale they had advised. Considering this was during covid they did well to get it so quick for me. Fitted promptly and quality checked by one of the directors himself. Great experience start to finish. Have also used them for a bay window at my business in Feb 2020. Again the team went above and beyond to make sure it was all done to a high standard. Even fixed some other minor issues I had at no extra cost

Had a great experience with the sales team and finalised with Harry to get windows and doors fitted for the house. Unfortunately, this was the height of our experience as it went downhill after this. We were told it would take 2 weeks to get the work done but it took 5 weeks. There were a bunch of delays with doors and things not being delivered. In the midst of this, we were called and told that the original financial plan agreed on has fallen through and are continually being pressured to pay the remaining amount with phone calls from staff constantly. I’m very unsatisfied with the whole experience

We had windows and doors fitted in July. Verdi phoned us 10 days before the fitting date to arrange. The fitters turned up when expected and were excellent, cleaned up after themselves and took away the old windows. There was an issue with the patio doors but this was identified and reported to Verdi by the guy fitting the windows and a replacement set of patio doors were fitted within two weeks. We are very pleased with the results and happy with the price paid.

Had a few different quotes from various national and local companies, Verdi were similar in price to many.
All companies do the sales pitch, I think it's part and parcel of what they do.
The product quality is good. We had the windows fitted by Chris who was fantastic and worked really hard in some very hot weather!
We had an issue with one small top pane - once the replacement had arrived they were back to change it within the week. They were very clean and tidied up any mess after fitting.
