Installation was unprofessional and incomplete. My home was left unsecure and the installation team did not tell me my home was not fully secure. Camera that came with my package was also not installed, I eventually found out the operative kept it. Creeping cost, undisclosed at initial point of sale.

The service was good. But it became terrible when I moved out - I try to cancel my service by emails/phones as moving home, but there is no reply and direct debit keeps charging me. I have to cancel my direct debit. After that, they keep sending me the bills and ignore all my request of the cancellation. It really piss me off.
