Asnew Uphol-stery was found-ed in 1995 by Gary Mor-ley and Jere-my Adamber-ry, who between them brought over 35 years' uphol-stery expe-ri-ence to the business. At Asnew, we are all about quality. Get a quote. Pay 50% deposit. Once this is received, we can book you in and arrange for your fur-ni-ture to be col-lect-ed at a mutu-al con-ve-nient time and date. The frame will be inspected and the necessary repairs will be carried out; joints will be tightened, dowelled, glued or screwed depending on what is required.
Like every-thing we do our cur-tains and blinds are all made in house. Work-ing close-ly with the work-room allows us to cre-ate the most bespoke cur-tains whilst ensur-ing that every order is per-fect and all of your require-ments are met. If you are within a 30 mile radius one of our experts will personally measure your windows and provide you with a quote, free of charge.

We’re delighted with the job Asnew have done to transform a secondhand sofa we bought from BHF. The whole process took 150 days from initial enquiry to delivered product. Karen was patient and helpful when we visited the showroom to pick out a fabric. We were then given an accurate and realistic estimate of the lead time. They collected our sofa a few days early and returned it within 3 weeks. We’re proud that we invested in these local craftspeople to refurbish an old sofa instead of buying something brand new. We’re so excited to have it back. It brings us so much joy!

We can't thank Laurence, Gary and the whole team at Asnew enough. We gave them the challenge of restoring and reupholstering a 1970's curved sofa in a blue and beige geometric design, also replacing all the cushions. There were originally 2 accompanying chairs, one of which had been lost. We requested the surviving chair to be reduced in size and a duplicate made from scratch. The chairs are in plain blue.
