Ultra Appliance Repairs are a small independent friendly Bracknell based business providing Domestic Appliance Repair Services in the home or business. The company was started and is managed by Nick Brophy who is a sole trader with more than 5 years experience. Nick is a qualified domestic appliance engineer having been trained and certified by Harlow Appliance Academy, and is also a qualified PAT Tester (City & Guilds certified).
Please contact us, should you wish to purchase a part directly from us, as we do sell parts directly to customers should they know exactly what they need. Model number of your appliance (if you are unsure where this information is located, please call for assistance). If we do not have the part in stock, we can order the correct part on the day you place your order and we are able in most instances to supply the part(s) within 48 hrs.
Ultra Appliance Repairs are a small independent friendly Berkshire based business that provide Domestic Appliance Repair Services in Ascot and surrounding areas. Services offered in Ascot cover Washing Machine, Electric Cooker, Tumble Dryer and Dishwasher repair. We can install the free standing dishwashers and washing machines as well as integrated dishwashers and washing machines.
If parts need to be replaced, then the cost of the replacement part(s) will be added to the Initial Call Out Fee. In the event that we diagnose a fault that requires a part that we do not have in stock, we will order the replacement part and arrange to come back to fit it at a mutually convenient time.

Contacted Nick by phone and told him about my problem, also advised him of the part number required. He was unable to obtain it and suggested that I buy it and he would fit it. I let him know the next afternoon that I had received the part and he came the next morning to fit it. He was in and out in 20 minuets, job complete. Great service and very reasonable charge. I hope that I don't have to but if I do then i will most definitely use him again

Called late Wednesday. Arrived the next morning. Diagnosed problem, ordered part. Fitted Friday afternoon. Fantastic! Very reasonable fee. Minimum disruption. Quick, professional, knowledgeable and agreeable. I can't really see how this service could be improved. Very highly recommended.
The other three companies I called charged 40% more for call out and couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday.

Nick fixed our old smeg oven today. He had to source the correct server arm for our old relic (20 years +), but managed to find exactly what was needed . He's fairly priced and there are no hidden extras. He kept me informed every step of the way, was punctual and left everything neat and tidy on completion. We would definitely go to Nick, if any of our other appliances should need fixing in the future. Thanks again Nick!

Nick did an excellent job fixing my oven. He didn't have the part in stock but came back within a couple of days with the part and fixed it with no fuss. Good value too compared with some other repair firms I called.

Dishwasher pump stopping working on old Bosch, within a few days Nick inspected the issue ordered a new pump and fitted a few days after. Very upfront about costs and all agreed in advance after the issue was identified.
3 months later the new pump propeller snapped, Nick came back within a few days and inspected the issue and fitted a new pump without charge.
Great service, definitely recommend.
