Fantastic company. We had a new kitchen fitted at home and got all of our appliances from FT and felt that the knowledge they offered helped us make the correct decisions. Just a really knowledgeable and friendly company to deal with. Kept us up to date with the whole order and delivery process from start to finish.

Friendly staff. Good service. Bought a fridge that was on display. Impressed because there was a slight dent in the door (that we didn't notice in the showroom) and they were honest about it and gave me a discount.

What a great company to deal with! I have had the please in dealing with Rick, Stacey and Roy. Rick is probably one of the most polite and respectful people I have ever dealt with. Although, Roy and Stacey were fantastic also. As well as being lovely, they were informative and knowledgeable, didn't set any false expectations and provided me with exactly what I needed with not an ounce of hard sell. Thank you!

Walked into the store and they were immediately able to recommend exactly the right American Style fridge for us, we were delighted with the ease of the purchase. Rapid delivery and removal of our old fridge - they did have to remove the doors to get the fridges out and in the house - all done with upmost care and removed all the packaging. Connected the new fridge to the water supply and installed the filter. All in all a great service by a local company, thoroughly recommend.

My landlord contacted FT for an emergency as my washing machine had broken and had leaked everywhere, Ian and Dave came out to look at it and spent a while looking at it to make sure it was all completely safe, they were brilliant with how they dealt with me and my son and were very professional! Ian also stayed longer to run extra bits on the washing machine, to double check it was safe. I received a call from Sarah the next day who was very helpful and friendly, she had a great personal touch, and she went through all the next steps myself and my landlady would be going through for the repair

I have used FT Refrigeration for my appliances for many years. So when I started my own laundry business I knew exactly who to go to for my machines! My business has been trading for 8 years and FT are the only people I go to when I need to replace a machine or have them fixed as they are reliable, good value for money and their expertise is second to none! All the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable on the products available. I also use them for all my home appliances too! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have been using F T Refrigeration since 2002. We purchased all of our integrated appliances, Induction Hob and Extractor Fan for our new kitchen from them, we just wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic customer service from all of the team.

I had to buy a new washing machine and went to all the usual big retailers but was met with mostly unhelpful people with very littke knowledge of their products. I then started looking locally and got in touch with FT-Refrigeration and the difference was amazing in less than 24 hours I had a new washing machine fitted and the old one taken away and the price was much more competative than the big retailers. Lovely people who were super helpful I can't recomend them enough!

FT came out and confirmed what I feared: my dishwasher was beyond repair. They had the same model (easy for me to fit). It was delivered promptly with a discount because they had been called out to diagnose the fault. It was nice to get a check e-mail to make sure everything was OK. To be fair, ordering a device and having it delivered on time is not a big test but I certainly have no complaints about value for money and delivery.

I found FT as I needed a replacement washing machine urgently. As my original washer was discontinued the staff were able to provide quality recommendations and their knowledge of their own stock was very good.
One of the staff, Stacy was brilliant and went above and beyond by arranging free same day delivery and installation. Exactly what I needed.
I also grabbed some new bags for my Miele hoover and a water filter.
I would highly recommend this local store based purely on their helpful staff. 5*
