Established since 1997, business owner Rubik Ghalustians and his company have over 20 years of experience and an excellent reputation in the industry. The first rate service is achieved by a small team of staff and engineers who are fully trained and qualified. Based in West Molesey, Surrey, our services are available to all of the general public.

Rugal Repairs and Sales Ltd provides a VAT invoice for all services and goods rendered. Rubik and his team were fantastic. My oven broke down in the few days before Christmas. He came out to me the same day to look at it. It wasn’t cost effective to repair. He sourced, installed and delivered a new one within 24 hours. A great price. A great service. Lovely people to deal with. I highly recommend.

Rubik came out on the day my 11-year-old Zannussi broke down. He said he could fix it but that, given its age, something else could soon go wrong. I accepted his offer to replace it with and fit a reconditioned current Indesit model with a one-year guarantee at less than two-thirds of the Argos new price, and it was done in maybe 15-20 minutes. He printed off a manual and dropped it round. All quite painless and am very pleased.

Rugal Repairs came round at short notice and repaired our Dishwasher and the broken Washing Machine door. We would highly recommend them, very professional and always find the fault fast. Not only will we be using them again, but we will also referring our customers onto them. We have now used them for a number of years. Always happy with the service.

I had excellent service. The owner was very polite and accommodating. He helped me after hours to fix it. I damaged it via washing a floor mat not suitable for a washing machine. Cleaning and clearing out the debris made a bit of a mess yet despite my insistence not to he cleaned it up. Gave me tips on general mainenance.

This clown 'repaired' my miele washer/tumble dryer by ripping out a part and sellotaping wires together - after assuring me he'd fitted some miracle part that would be fine. I only found this out when I called another accredited repaired to find out why it wasn't working. Miele have disowned him because of all the botch jobs he does and other repairers won't correct his work because they're afraid of what they'll find. Avoid this cowboy.
