Superb & prompt service from Les at Ace Domestics. Spoke to him at 10:00 describing the symptoms of my broken oven, by 12:00 he was at the door with spare part in hand and had the oven working again within 30 minutes. Amazed at his quick response time, diagnostic skills and that he carried spare parts on the van. Would recommend Ace Domestics to anyone for a prompt, professional and cost effective service. What a brilliant guy Les is. Not only did he come out within 24 hours to fix my dishwasher, but when I was booking that appointment I told him my fridge freezer had also packed up and he gave me a bit of advice and it's now working again. Amazing. Not all hero's wear capes......he probably saved me £500. Would recommend.

Outstanding service. Diagnosed faulty parts to our broken oven over the telephone on the Monday. Arrived Friday evening and fitted them in under 1.5 hrs to restore a serviceable main oven. Agreed to come to just outside his normal operating area. Honest, competent and delivers on his promises. Can't recommend highly enough.

Phenomenal professional service both on the phone and in person. Our oven stopped working and they got to us the day we rang. There were a few faults which were quickly fixed. We were also advised on how to keep our other appliances in top notch condition. I would recommend this local family company over any of the big suppliers. By far the best we have used. Also super amazing value for money.

Trying to find anyone prepared to carry out small electrical repairs is as challenge itself. Fortunately after several failed attempts I found Ace Domestic repairs ( Andover ) what a fantastic company. I have a very old Sebo vacuum cleaner that stopped working. After contacting the company I took it to them on Thursday and received a call to say it was fixed and ready for collection Friday. Wow amazing service very reasonably priced Excellent.
