The London Fireplaces Ltd has been one of the most professional companies that we have ever worked with. Agha has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, has gone above and beyond with his advice and the results are fantastic. Peter was very skilled with the installation and has offered to come back for touchups if needed. Couldn't recommend more strongly!

Communication wise, Agha, one of the owners, gave me a call outside his working hours to have a chat with me to get the initial information about my inquiry. I had already requested a quote from 2 other companies, but it was these guys who showed how much they care about me and about their business by going the extra mile to interest me in their services.
An on site survey conducted by Agha followed just s few days after, gave me the news my fireplace is good

I have been a customer of the London Fireplaces company in Wimbledon for several years. They installed a modern hole in the wall fire three years ago and regularly service other fires in my house both modern & traditional.
Peter the engineer, can always be relied upon. He is the expert at problem resolution.

I am so impressed with the London fireplaces ltd. The initial surveyor, Agha was punctual and knowledgeable, offering great advice and following up quickly on quotes. The fitter Peter was wonderful. Punctual, polite and he did an amazing job. Our fires look gorgeous. One had been disconnected previously, but is now fully functioning and fully certified. Clean, tidy a job very well done. Thank you.

Fantastic company, Agha was very attentive and helped create the perfect fireplace exactly how I wanted it.
It took only a day to plaster, fit the mantle and the wood burning stove, professionally done to a very high standard.
Agha returned after the work was completed to show me exactly how it all works.
I would recommend this company to anyone, can't wait for the winter now!

We selected the London Fireplace Company to install our log burner, flue, chimney sweep and a hearth. They supplied some really good options on the hearth and came out to do a quote. The team were very knowledgeable and helped recommend the style of hearth to suit our room. Friendly guys, competitive pricing and cleaned up after the job was completed. Aftercare service has been great too. We would highly recommend them.

I'm not often overwhelmed by good service, but in the case of The London Fireplaces I have to report just that.
Peter was conscientious, polite and efficient. From the moment he put on his shoe shields outside our front door to him tidying up the bits and pieces on the dust sheet he put down with the little dustpan and brush he had brought with him the service was excellent.
It is rare indeed to find someone who cares about their work and goes that little bit beyond to make sure the customer is happy and I can't recommend them highly enough. I have used a few other fireplace companies over the
