The team at PSM have been looking after our residential security system for the past 12 months or so, we are delighted with the service offered but more so with their outstanding professional approach and attention to detail.

We've worked with PSM for approx. 4 years and all of the guys are professional through and through. All of the operators are super polite and efficient and go the extra mile to help in whatever way possible (big shout outs to AK and Danielle), and Kerry...well what can I say about Kerry? My time spent working at PSM can confidently be dubbed as the best job I’ve had. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a team filled with great and caring people and have made several good friendships with people within. I always felt like I’d done genuine good for clients and customers after a shift here.
Management is superb and quick-thinking with a lot of consideration for their staff and customers equally. Open staff discussions are frequent and support is easily found should it be needed.

An absolutely wonderful place to work. And it's bitter sweet that I'm leaving but I like to be fast asleep at 3am and not working.
