Despite problems with a faulty bit of kit, Russ replaced it with better, and with no grumble the day after. He was on-time, quick, tidy and informative, explaining the intricacies of the dash-cam and it's smart-phone App. Chatty bloke; kept me entertained with stories while working, but don't mention health - he's got way too many stories on that. Great choice of kits, cameras, etc. His web-site is well-laid out, easy to read. After an initial query via message board, he quickly used the phone - as he said, so much easier to discuss finer points that way. Russ is a refreshing change these days

What a pleasure it was dealing with Russ! He arrived when promised and did an absolute fantastic job on all the deadlocks with the decades of experience behind him.
