We've ordered two rugs from here now, the quality, colour, feel, delivery and customer service are all phenomenal. I never thought I'd be someone who felt a rug would make a big difference, but they've really made the rooms we've put them both in. One is a beautiful rust coloured fur and it has this incredible shine and colour, anyone who walks on it finds it incredible too. We encourage people to take their socks off to get the full feel 🤣 love love love!!

Really happy with my purchase. I ordered my rug on Thursday, it was shipped the next day and I received it on Monday. Great communication from company all the way, and lovely friendly customer service.
The rug is absolutely beautiful and I’ve never seen anything like it anywhere else. They have so much choice online in style and sizes, it’s a fabulous shop. Will be recommending.
