Deliveries to our normal distribution regions are free of charge. Please ensure you have staff ready to receive your delivery on the allocated day; or inform us of charges to your circumstances prior to delivery. The consequences of not being able to offload bulk components can severely impair our schedule often incurring cost and damage.
Installation, care and maintenance guides or DVD's should be carefully read or viewed before proceeding with any fabrication or installation work. All products should be properly acclimatised and carefully checked for satisfactory quality and colour match prior to installation. Please contact us immediately if any visible defect or shade variation is found and we will authorise replacement materials.

The Area Manager came out to see the Mirostone surfaces we had fitted purchased by Wilson Fink for our kitchen fitting. The surfaces are awful - badly scratched ( although boards/ protectors used for everything) and there were faded patches / ring marks where a cup had been placed. This had origianally been reported within a few months to the kitchen company. The gentleman who was very nice on the vist informed us this was a fitting error ( and a miss - sell from Wilson Fink) who said this was a more expensive product then Quartz and just as durable.
