Granite is composed of quartz and feldspar with particles of mica, amphiboles, and other minerals. Every slab is absolutely unique and timeless and adds a real wow-factor to any kitchen, bathroom or fireplace. Not only does it look beautiful, many love granite because of its resistance to heated pots and pans and how easily it can be cleaned.
This feature offers a wonderful finish to any kitchen. The worktop is cut to the exact shape of the sink, polished and has drainer flutes channelled into it. The sink is then fixed from beneath the worktop to give an astounding finish. Choose from a range of profiled edges including the Handless Shark's Nose profile, Bullnose and Ogee.

First of all it is important for me to point out that we had been quoted cheaper else where for worktops, however due to a recommendation from a friend of the owners and also due to the exceptional care from sales rep Dean we decided to choose granite zone.
However, the after care is atrocious.I am a Midwife NOT worktop templater/installer… therefore initially I was over the moon with the worktops until I noticed the gap between the worktop and wall ( I am aware that there should be a few mm to allow the stone to fit in) x2 different companies came out to quote/install glass splash backs

After receiving a recommend for this company I was very disappointed with their after sales communication. Emails were generally not answered and promised telephone call backs never happened.
The worktop measurement, manufacture and installation was completed swiftly and professionally with no issues. However, for some reason the tile backs were not pre-cut and they didn't send enough to finish the job. The installers had travelled from Leeds (4 hours away), a fair way to travel when you haven't got all the materials required for the job. If the tile backs had been pre-cut as per the measurements

Poor customer service. I had my template service scheduled to be told 730 Friday evening that the fitters van had broken down . this was after a delay to my templating already and was told there would be no further delays. After being let down again the team seemed to do nothing to help us and told us they could not honor our booking anymore and… offered a refund. so after waiting nearly 4 weeks for a template we now have to find another supplier. I would recommend using a more professional company with a better sales team who actually value there customers

Very unpleasent experience. After a few conversations back and forth, we agreed a price for the supply and installation of Dekton worktop and splashback. A deposit was paid and the finance was agreed. An installation date of Thursday 12th November was booked in. I receive a phone call on the Wednesday 11th advising me that Granite Zone will not be installing the Dekton because they are struggling to process the cutting. It became apparent that they have never installed Dekton previously. They offered me Quartz but I declined and decided to go elsewhere. Still awaiting a refund of the deposit after

Poor after sales service let’s down the product
Well an update customer services have come good I have my granite cleaner but why they don’t stock this excellent product I don’t know. As previous I would recommend the worktops the granite is lovely, fitters okish and now I have my granite cleaner I look forward to bringing them back to how they looked until the cleaner ran out

We have recently had quartz kitchen worktops installed by Granitezone and are really pleased with the end result.......stunning! They have finished off the kitchen to create a superb end result. The service leading up to installing them is highly professional with John and Jade overseeing the whole process and ensuring you get the exact end result… you want. Granitezone were also very competitive on price as we had already had a few quotes beforehand. My wife said the fitting team were efficient, clean and very careful throughout ensuring she got the exact finish she wanted with up-stands

Nothing but admiration and respect for the way that Granite Zone go about their business. From the initial quote conversation and planning through to the measurement and delivery of the first class product. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. The team there (especially Lindsay and Jade) are wonderful to deal with and the communication and detailed logistics planning throughout the work has been nothing short of brilliant. Dealt with John at Granite Zone from start to finish and cannot recommend the company enough. He explained all the options and the process when we first met and his professionalism was carried all the way through from first contact to follow up after they worktops had been installed. The install team contacted us on the day of installation to let me know when they’d arrive. They completed the job to the highest standard and left the kitchen as clean as when they arrived. We got the Beltrami White Stardust quartz worktop with up stands and splash backs....it’s amazing!!

The fitters who had a problem on the day with their Van, came the next day “Sunday” so as not to disappoint us.. Kitchen looks fantastic all because of the finishing touch of the Quartz worktops.. The sales service was faultless, they were happy to discuss changes throughout the process and I was always kept up to date on the progress.
The fitters were great, really nice lads and the final product was genuinely amazing. I have had some very nice comments already from people who have seen the worktop.
I couldn't recommend them enough. By far the easiest part of having my kitchen refitted.

Both myself and husband visited Granitzone on more than one occasion whilst trying to decide which granite to go for, each time the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of their company / products giving expert advice, especially John. We decided on black pearl granite but because each slab can be quite different John suggested we could visit their supplier to choose a slab. We did this and was happy with the stone we chose, within a week the work tops had been measured by Luke. We then had the tops fitted by Mark and Luke a week or so later. Mark and Luke were very professional
