We needed someone to remove the pigeons that were nesting under our solar panels and creating a dreadful mess with their droppings in the gutters and by our doorstep. I contacted Samantha and she came out promptly to survey the situation and to give us a quote. We needed scaffolding to be put up because of the height of the roof and Samantha arranged for a firm to visit and give a separate quote for this. I would not HESITATE in recommending this company to others. Sam and Matt were the most amazing team who could not have been more efficient friendly and proactive. This is my first experience of having to deal with pest control. I made a few phone calls to other companies who were not even prepared to come out! I knew as soon as Sam answered the phone that I had found the right company. She reassured me that Matt would come out and do everything necessary to sort the problem out. He would come back 3 times, more if necessary until the problem had been eradicated. Sam was kind helpful and personable

Thank you so much to Sam, the East Sussex branch, from Clean kill who got rid of our mice and was so lovely and professional. Our dog and cat loved him too, which made him being in the house very easy. He made us feel really comfortable about our mice problem which was driving us mad. He was always on time, communicated with us in a kind and helpful way, explaining what he was doing, and how we could lower the risk of mice coming back. I would highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again if I ever had another problem.

For some considerable time I have had problems caused by pigeons roosting on the roof and nesting under the solar panels. As time passed this became a greater problem and I decided it was time to get help.
I researched the help available, spoke to several people and organisations, then I spoke to Cleankill Pest Control, who sent their local surveyor, Samantha Virgo, to advise me on the options.

We use Cleankill to inspect our offices on a monthly basis, Alex there senior technician is extremely diligent in inspecting where rodents could be entering and preventing rodent ingress. Since we have been using Cleankill and had Alex on site we have seen a huge decline in rodent activity. Excellent customer service 5 stars!!!

Had a seagulls nest from last year removed, and wire cage fitted between chimney stack and roof. Spikes fitted onto top of chimney also to prevent seagulls nesting this year. Russ and Phil were friendly, professional and did a great job. Reasonable price too. Very pleased.

Really disappointed. Made enquiries on line with Cleankill and their response was very good. Made an appointment with a local representative by the end of the day. However, the representative did not turn up for the appointment. Rang him twice on the day of the appointment, did not receive any response. Rang the 'ermergency' number provided by the head office voice mail, still no response. Seems office only open Monday to Friday 9-5pm, so any problems in between, you are stuck.

I had a wasp nest dealt with by Cleankill Environmental Services last summer. They were quick and efficient, right from my initial enquiry, throughout my dealings with them. The wasp nest was treated and removed and we have had no problems since. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cleankill to anyone.
