It is unusual to find a business like this in the middle of a city like Georgian Bath, they are metal merchants, iron mongers, they sell everything from lenghts of chain to Rsj' s..steel plates...iron bars, fastenings, decorative bits and pieces, nuts bolts and brackets....the customer service is excellent the staff are knowledgeable and helpful....

Today i was informed that they would not replace a dremel i bought for 108 pounds there that was defective...i had visited the week after purchasing it and was told that i could bring it in anytime and that they would replace the defective tool they sold me...when a few months later i dropped it off they gave it to the manager...he neglected to call me back for three weeks having said he would adress it..i was surprised as the counter staff had been so friendly and had given me their word....the manager today gave the counter guy my dremel to hand back to me and he hid in the back and the counter
