WMTP provide a full Comprehensive Remedial Service to both Commercial and Private clients. The affected walls will be drilled and injected with a suitable chemical certificated by the BBA. The level of injection to take into account BSCP 102 (external ground clearance) and may involve drilling single leaf walls from one side or multiple drilling from either or both sides of thicker walls, depending on the thickness and type of wall.

This is not surprising due to the volume of water used and consumed in these areas. A large proportion of this water is of a temperature which creates steam.

It is important for the Certificate Holder to abide by the following Conditions as the Company will make a charge for works carried out if the Certificate Holder is in breach of these Conditions. Any timber treatment carried out by W.M.T.P will, if deemed necessary, be re-inspected by our company surveyor for a period of three years from time of treatment.
