If you are looking for a Hot Tub or Spa in the Solihull area then this is definitely the place to go. We purchased Spa and Gazebo from Simon Baggaley and could not be more positive about our experience from initial order right the way through to delivery and aftersales care - excellent throughout (and that was right through the C-19 pandemic !). Top rating very well deserved.

Went in to AW Birmingham for some info. Came out with a hot tub. They are super knowledgable, really understand the market and guide you through the process. They included delivery and install and educated me on keeping the water clean with chemicals. A great company who offer a great service thank you

Just had our hot tub installed and we absolutely love it! The team were so helpful from start to finish with Claire even finding the exact tub we wanted in stock so we could get it quicker. They were really flexible about delivery times (as we had to build the base for it) and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Award Leisure delivered our Spa over six weeks ago and I have to say it has been a pleasure to do business with them from the moment we walked in to the store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent range of products enabled us to make an educated decision on the type of spa we would need. We had a full demonstration and any fears about how it would be delivered and where it would be installed where alayed when they visited my home to check access and positioning. The installation process was painless and we recieved everything we needed to get started. An ongoing warranty and maintenance

Had a regency baron spa from Simon at Award Leisure 2 months ago and despite buying it for my wife, I have found that I am in it all the time and am genuinely blown away by how pleasant and therapeutic it is. It is clearly a good quality product and whilst it is low maintenance, I find I enjoy keeping it in pristine condition. The service offered by Simon and his knowledge I found to be of a high standard and I wouldn't fail to recommend them to anyone, as indeed I have to all my friends. Seems to cost about £35 a month to run, that includes any chemicals that you need to maintain the water.
