When you order late on a Friday or during the weekend we will process your order on the following Monday. We source your order from our warehouse, stores, and suppliers and it can take 1-2 working days to collect everything you order. Placed an order for a replacement of my whirlpool jets. I'm from germany. Price was much better than over here. The communication on my purchase was perfect. Delivery was fast and the jets were well boxed for shiping. The jets work well and are of good quality. The paperworks were complete so the german customs (because of the Brexit) could process it fast and the delivery was not delayed. Over all a perfect service and a high recommendation from me. I had a problem with the controller on my tub, and bought a replacement one from here, using their eBay shop.
The new part didn't cure the fault, so I contacted their technical help desk for advice. I had a very quick reply from John, with a few ideas, and a troubleshooting manual, and my issue was resolved, by myself, using John's manual, within 10 minutes!

Hot tub lid arrived damaged due to poor packaging customer services will only exchange if you return the damaged lid and wait another 90 working days so they offer a small refund if they send you a diy repair kit, that comprises of a piece of fabric, some sticky tape and a printed sheet that talks about an adhesive patch that isn’t included. To say I’m dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement and certainly won’t be recommending this company to anyone

Tried ordering an item and their payment system was down. No way of contacting other than their ticketing system which also does not appear to be working. No initial contact from them, however, received a call direct and payment was taken. Goods due to arrive in the next 3 weeks or so, so I'll update when I receive the goods and check all is OK. Interestingly, if you ring their number back it does cut you off

PoolandSpaCentre, brilliant service, quick responses to my queries and they were able to supply all my parts from pumps and heaters to all the plumbing fittings that allowed me to build my own hot tub from start to finish.

Very badly packed parcel, no invoice attached. No return policy either. I bought the wrong item. Returned it. Had to contact PayPal for PoolandSpaCentre to receive the refund. The company had difficulties to find my return details. I had to attach the postoffice receipt. Finally I received refund minus £6.30. They charged me for sending parcel to me. Never again.
