Stock Construction did our loft conversion just as we headed on to winter last year. From start to finish Lance made the process really straight forward, and the guys on site were polite, approachable and very hard working. They were Covid aware, and we felt safe throughout the works. The conversion was completed in 4 weeks, and we are really pleased with the end result; we now have a lovely master bedroom and en suite, allowing us to turn a box room in to a study, which is ideal for working from home.

We used Stock Construction to get our first floor totally renovated. We updated two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We also got them to redo our flat roof on the extension and got a roof lantern installed. I have used builders many times, but this must be the only time I have not fallen out with them over the job not done on time, or being charged lots of extras at the end. Lance was amazing. No job was too much for him. Anything we asked he just did it. My husband wanted all the outside walls insulated and floors sound insulated which were done to our satisfaction. The soffits we thought needed replacing

Stocks Construction did all they said they would do, in the time frame agreed upon, and to a high quality. Some of the little things; we just had two noisy people staff with us in the new loft with our bedroom right below. I never heard them once in the 10 days they stayed with us. The sound quality between floors is amazing. The one regret I have is that for the decorating side we went with a friend's husband - boy was that a huge mistake. In hindsight, I we should have gone with the people Lance recommended.

After deciding to have a loft conversion we called Lance Stock for our first consultation. After meeting with him we were sure his company was the right people to go with. They started quickly, the work and workmen were professional, knowledgeable and very polite. It was completed quickly and we could not have been happier with the finished job. We used Stock Construction to convert our north London loft in Oct/Nov 2016. Lance quickly appreciated what we wanted, and he and his team were good and professional throughout. They completed our loft on time and to budget - there were no hidden surprises or annoying delays. Lance was on hand and quick to address our concerns and a couple of changes/corrections we requested along the way. We are very pleased with the finished product.

Lance undertook a loft conversion at my sister's house in Lauradale Road, East Finchley.........
The whole project was completed speedily and was certainly the reason her house sold easily and at a very high price.
I can recommend him without hesitation.
