LDT is based in the picturesque village of Brasted in Kent, between Westerham and Sevenoaks and was established in 2011. Whilst the company is fairly new the team is made of industry experts that have a long and varied history within the trade, with the sales team collectively having well over a century's worth of experience sourcing and trading hardwood products from around the globe.

Andy has had many successful years as the James Latham Group Operations Director and has always been heavily involved in the timber division. Andy will be putting in place his sales development plan with the assistance of his Timber Committee and key staff. The aim will be to continue to work with our existing supply base but once again, look for added value products to compliment our existing range.

We have several exciting opportunities for external sales roles covering the UK. Working for a leading timber business, the role will be to help continue the growth we have had in the last few years selling packs of timber, tropical, temperate, modified, engineered soft and hardwood across our customer base.

LDT has a wide network of long established and trusted suppliers and can offer to not only source against specific needs, but also ensure that material meets all current legislation in terms of legality and certification, arrives to the required quality and within the desired timeframe, thus giving you the buyer a consistent and reliable supply partner.

Alongside its UK business, LDT has a growing overseas presence, with a fast expanding international sales division. Through their role in procuring hardwood for their substantial landed stock holding in the UK, alongside significant forward volumes for UK importers and the James Latham group, LDT are well placed to source a wide range of hardwood requirements.
