Absolutely awful customer service. I called at 4.15pm to pick up some shock treatment for my work pool which has primary school lessons running tomorrow morning. Explained to the lady the water was really cloudy and we were desperate so as not to cancel classes. She said they were closing at 4.30pm. I live on North Cray Road and that I would be 5-10 minutes tops. Got there at 4.25pm and they had packed up and closed the gates, knowing we were on our way. Thanks guys!

When we visited the showroom, all we knew was that we wanted a hot tub! We had no idea where to start or what to look for. Thankfully with expert guidance from Tracey, we made the correct choice and took delivery of the perfect tub for us. She kept us up to date with regards to the expected delivery date and ensured a smooth process throughout. All our questions were answered with confidence and nothing was too much trouble for her. The installation was hassle-free, even with a crane, and everything was explained clearly by the delivery team. We highly recommend Tracey and the company.

My Experience was Brilliant I needed a hot tub for my disabled wife so it need to be spacific dimensions and I know nothing about hot tubs after sitting down with Gil from the sales team she helped with the choosing of a soft tub. When it came to the installation the team where professional. My wife can now have her hydrotherapy when ever she feels like it Thank you to all the Team.

From the first day back in March when I visited to just take a look and get an idea, was greeted warmly by everyone and the service then taken over by Tracey Sharpe, it has been a pleasure. All my questions were answered, advice given, no upselling by convincing me to buy a more expensive product - but explanations as to what they felt would work for my situation and if additional upgrades were unnecessary. I ordered an Atlantis Hottub from The Hot Tub and Spa Company at Ruxley Manor. Gil was so helpful in helping us select the right one for our needs. Delivery time advices was spot on and Lee and colleagues did a fantastic job of installing and even took the packing away. I had a query on something and Tracy explained it to me so I understood. What a fantastic Company to deal with. The Hottub is amazing and being used daily. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation, and have the experience of using another supplier in the past for a previous product so can compare.

Excellent sales service from Gil, very kind, professional and super helpful. Tom is great on product support and ongoing maintenance. Theo, the owner, is a lovely person, responsive and thoughtful. The team are always willing to go the extra mile to assist. John and his team were excellent on groundworks and installation, perfect with no issues and willing to, again, go the extra mile to ensure our installation looks excellent. We have a 19EX SwimSpa and 970 Hot tub and couldn’t be happier.
