Highly recommend HotSpring World of Sevenoaks. We purchased the Highlife Jetsetter LX and it is amazing....We relax and look up at the stars most days and feel blessed. Mark at the showrrom is so informative and he is always available to answer any queries. The process from the order to delivery was very smooth. Mark's communication has been fantastic along with the delivery guys who were so polite and explained everything before leaving. A big thank to you all.

I found Mark to be a Honest and straightforward salesman and
I bought an X500 fitness pool.
The only downside of the buying experience was waiting for my pool,but this was to be expected,due to a global meltdown!
Once I was given a date it arrived as planned and the Installation team were excellent.
I have had one minor problem with my pool,I reported the problem one day and the following day Chris came to my home with a part and fixed it.
This level of back up is unusual nowadays and I am grateful that the back up response from Hot Spring World was so prompt.
I did look at less expensive

We were a little sceptical about Spa Salesman having been feed some pitches with alternate companies, but 'hats off to Mark' who spent time with us to understand our wants and needs and gave genuine advice and guidance. No pressure selling, just straight talking, and highlighting what we should compare when doing our research. Having subsequently chosen the model, communication remained very well maintained throughout, with updates when appropriate. A very pleasant experience all round. Would also add the 'installation' team were first rate too, worked as a 'pair' and made a difficult logistical

Great experience with hotspring world Sevenoaks, lovely team and very accommodating.
The hot tub is pure bliss, I can not highly recommend one enough and hsw made the sales process trouble free.
I did have some slight issues with getting hold of the team at Sevenoaks however I believe this was linked to unforeseen staff sickness which can’t be helped however the team across the UK whichever branch you contact were amazing and supportive.
Mark has been great and ray over at Chelmsford who tells you how it is and just a very honest guy. delivery was slightly delayed as expected in this covid

From start to finish the team at HotSpring World Sevenoaks were good. We were given good advice when first looking and didn't feel like they were trying to sell us something more than what we wanted. Delivery was a little on the slow side but that is purely due to the pandemic. Mark and Daniel were good at keeping us informed throughout the wait and very helpful with the actual delivery. The delivery team did an outstanding job at getting the hot tub in place. Since we've had it the aftersale care is fantastic as we can call anytime to get help, tips etc. We feel we are in safe hands and we have

My wife was on the internet looking at hot tubs and come across Swim Spa. Intrigued with what she had found we searched the web to see where we could view one. We came across these guys who we could see had been around for sometime and invited you to try before you buy. Due to COVID we booked an appointment to go along to view June 2020. Mark was waiting and gave us a very warm welcome. We advised that we had just come to have a look as we were looking into buying something in the future but this didn’t change our experience in anyway.
