We've carried out a comprehensive review of our work practice in consultation with our engineers. Our engineers' decision to work during this reduced service period is being made on a voluntary basis, and on the condition that the following rules are adhered to by everyone.
HTA will ensure that our engineers' vans are stocked with protective face masks, disposable gloves and industrial hand sanitiser. A 2-meter distance between you and our engineer must always be maintained, and only one person from your household should interact with the engineer during their visit.

As HotSpring(R) specialists, our technicians' vans are stocked with most spare parts, and it's likely that we'll be able to repair your spa on our first call-out.
We believe in transparency and simplicity, so you won't be surprised by mileage charges because we navigated around a gridlocked motorway to reach you on time. Our service technicians are factory trained and shadow a senior team member until we're satisfied that they're qualified. We demand high standards from our staff.
Poor water chemistry is a major contributor towards component failure. A regular service, by trained technicians, will reduce this risk and save you precious time. Any signs of wear or defect in components are often hidden. Our engineers can identify them so that you can purchase replacements before they've contributed to an expensive repair.
This type of repair can result in several hours of labour, and possibly multiple visits, to repair it. We work with HotSpring(R) products every day, and we know the high standard of their manufacturing process. However, every owner's lifestyle and available spare time to maintain their water is different.

Fantastic, polite, professional service. Our hot tub was left sparkling from tip to toe and the water balanced to perfection.
All my questions were answered regarding ongoing maintenance of the tub. I will definitely be having Hot Tub Assist back on a yearly cycle to keep the tub in tip-top shape !!

On contacting Hot Tub Assist - they were very responsive, professional and also extremely pleasant to deal with. A date was set for the engineer who telephone on the day to provide a time of arrival. He turned up 5 minutes early, was very efficient, solved the fault within minutes and completed the work within 45 minutes and also gave the hot tub a health check. Great Company - easy to work with.

Ive been using Hot Tub Assist now for nigh on 15 years? always great to deal with. Friendly prompt service and the annual service engineer who visits (Ben) is a credit to the company. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone thinking of buying a Hot Tub to use this companys services to give them support, help with what chemicals to use and any issues that might arise!

I had a failure with my hot tub heater and stupidly called a local company out to have a look at it - what a waste of time and money that was! They had no idea. Called Hot Tub Assist who were brilliant. Professional, efficient and good value. The engineer was very friendly and obviously knew exactly what he had to do to rectify the fault. Would heartily recommend Hot Tub Assist

WE had the Hot Tub repaired under warranty and were very please with the support and service. During the repair it was suggested that we should consider a service for the tub and agreed a suitable date. we were required to alter the service date at short notice and hot tub assist were understanding. ben from hot tun assist arrived yesterday and carried out a real thorough full service. His professionalism throughout and that the hot tub looks band new again was a testament to the excellent service the company provide and a credit to Ben. I rate them 5 stars.
