Absolutely shocking experience from day one with so called company. Avoid at all costs. Go a few mile up the road and pay a bit more for the service you deserve.
Had my tub serviced and it not worked since and now they want £80 Call out charge to put right whatever they have broke. Had it serviced whilst in warranty but never got to use the tub for a fortnight. Came to use it and it won't heat up. Now seeking legal advice

This did slip back a couple of months but this was beyond the control Tubs Direct - they are in the hands of the supplier or importer. Having read some of the other feedback comments around communication I can honestly say that this was not my experience. The negative feedback has clearly been taken on board and

Just had our hot tub under a month now and we are thrilled to bits with it, the quality and standard are fantastic value for money.
We found the team at Bury are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable along with an excellent delivery and installation team.
Would definitely recommend Tubs Direct if you are looking to buy a hot tub.

Took delivery of hot tub yesterday and can honestly say that from start to finish the service has been exceptional. My initial visit to the showroom was brief as I just wanted to have a quick look and was not ready to make a purchase but Melissa was very welcoming and informative and honestly answered some questions I had and clearly explained the… purchasing journey once we were ready. I then returned to place an order after researching online and deciding that the Kenya hot tub would be suitable for us. We went with this company due to having had issues with a different hot tub company. We were a little hesitant having read some negative reviews but we needn’t have been. We ordered the BeWell Fiji elite tub and it was delivered and installed without any issue within 5 weeks ( we could have had it sooner but we wanted a delivery date that suited us.) The service has been fantastic. Kept up to date with stuff along the way. Delivery was bang on time on the day arranged. The lads who installed for us were excellent and patient considering the crane we arranged ourselves was late turning up.

It was a swift and helpful experience of installing the hot tub. We walked in on a Sunday just to browse, but was very satisfied with all the information that Viny patiently explained, and so we made the purchase. There was a problem with the best location for the tub, by email, photos, and phone discussion with Mandy, Melissa and Viny dilemmas were satisfactorily worked through. Great company. Took delivery of my hot tub today and I am very happy with the results. The men who delivered it were really helpful and explained how to use the tub and manage the chemicals. The sales staff were also very good as they were always there to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a good experience with very little to complain about. The hot tub arrived within good time, the delivery was on time and was fairly easy. We had taken the time to ensure the ground and electrics were 100% which made things easier. Once the hot tub had been connected we were talked through the filling and preparation process (we obviously didn't expect the guys to fill it as this takes a few hours). There was slight damage to a screw cover panel which we are still awaiting replacement for but it is so small I'm not kicking up a fuss. Once up and running I had a few questions as I am a new

Avoid! booked a tub in May asked to wait 6wks said not a problem. 8wks passed and no contact we phoned on Monday to be told tub due in following day and we would get a call in a few days. Friday came and no call, phoned them ourselves to be told tub on the way, told them not possible as we were at work and had to dismantle the neighbours… gate/fence for access. Rearranged for the following Friday, took the day off work and dismantled gate/fence, late afternoon and no tub. Contact them to be told they have lost our tub! they would have to reorder and it would be 20 wks! unless we want a white

Really smooth process from buying to delivery of our new hot tub. As it is our first one obviously we had lots of questions about maintenance, cleaning and every day management Vinnie was able to answer all of these and more.
