This is a fantastic company. We have an Imperial delivered in late October. Very helpful driver who gave some hints on construction. The craftmanship is wonderful. All joints excellent, all screw holes drilled and marked, along with all the other parts of the structure. Easy company to deal with, answered all our questions and concerns promptly and… explained everything in full. The main frame was up within the hour. The shingles took awhile to fix but worth the trouble of taking time to get it right. Thank you Woodmines you have a fantastic product.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with and such a high quality product. We ordered the Celestial Gazebo for our hot tub and really impressed with it. Comprehensive instructions and photos which made assembly… straight forward. All fixtures, fittings, bolts and screws provided and even the right drill bits also! We’ve already had several neighbours asking where we got it from. Just the rest of the garden to do now lol!

Recently finished our 3m x 2.4m imperial, very impressed with it, the quality of the materials and instructions were excellent, can’t fault it. Looked at many different gazebos online originally but then… WoodMines was recommended by a friend. So glad we took a look, the Imperial turned out to be exactly what we were looking for, the quality & service provided are 10/10.

Ordered our gazebo in April and it came within the 14 week deadline specified. It took a few extra hands to put it up due to the sheer weight but it's certainly not going to blow over in the winter! The quality is amazing and it looks stunning. We've added our own wood panelling to the rear and one side which was additional cost but it looks great. Overall delighted with this product and would recommended for those wanting to spend a bit more on a solid structure that will last decades!

Ordered early 2021 as we knew it was on a long leadtime due to covid, it arrived on time as planned and communication was good.
Delivery came on time and we were advised on how to store before build, we had a couple of items missing which were posted out and arrived within a few days.
All instructions were clear and concise, this was much heavier than we expected though so trying to lift the roof onto the legs wasn't easy and we were restricted on space which didn't help.
Hubby completed the roof over a few days and we also coated all the wood in the same product we bought for the summerhouse

This was purchased in March 2021 and took 2 people to build over 2 days. The staff were very helpfull and able to follow youtube videos re assistance of building. Although wood treated we gave it a 2nd coat before building. We are delighted and I have had so many positive comments (even my friend purchased 1 after seeing it). We can now sit outside in the rain!

I ordered the Tudor Gazebo in 2020 and it arrived on time back in November. Very helpful delivery driver in terms of giving advice on storage and helping to move it to a safe position. The gazebo stood in its storage position until March 2021 when the weather improved and I decided to pull my finger out and get on with the job. The first step was assembling the roof sections - a task I completed on my own. Must say the instructions and the markings on the timber were excellent. This then waited until May when I finally got around to painting the timbers and then put the roof frame on the posts

We bought the 2.4 x 3.0m Imperial gazebo with 200mm sq posts and was delightfully impressed to both see the quality material and the final build 😀
I search high and low on the internet for the gazebo and cannot recommend Woodmines enough not only for their excellent service, communications and support but also for the excellent product. The images on the website do not do the actual structure justice. When you see and feel the components of the gazebo you realize you made the best choice.

Came to collect picket fence pales. They helped me to putthem in my van when i asked if i can change some poor quality ones. They said yes, I've put 20/155 on side went back to change for better ones and they move whole pallet and say they are all sold now however all was in warehouse they just didn't want to take poor quality ones back because no one will buy them after and they loose their money
