Outdated software, poor customer care and not fit for purpose in this day and age
1. Very limited in the scope of what you can do with this software. You get for what you pay. probably a ok product to enter into computer based dental practice.
2. Customer care response is absolutely hopeless
3. When you really need their support, they are the most useless. eg. If you urgently require installation of their software like a digital pad, the process is their customer care will email you an estimate, which you sign, scan and email back. They will then post you an invoice, which you can only pay through

SFD has been our software provider for many years for our dental clinic. Throughout the time we have used them, they have constantly shown good service and great customer care.
They have gone above and beyond in fulfilling our numerous requests and we have had at times hour long conversations and they entire time they remained kind, courteous and professional while they walked us through the problems that we faced.
The software is very easy to use and navigate for staff members and dentists alike. All in all, a fantastic package - I cannot recommend them enough.
