Make sure you receive a proof before payment!! I ordered 72 rolls of printed tape from this company with clear instructions for address detail amendments. I had to pay by pro-forma before the order was acknowledged and was then promised a proof which never materialised. The order was delivered with incorrect address details and very poor quality. All I was offered in compensation was a 20% refund for a very sub-standard product. Never again!!

Terrible. Masks fall apart.
I ordered masks then realised I ordered the wrong ones and wanted to change the order to a more expensive item and pay the difference. I emailed them three times and had no reply. I also phoned them and was lied to about someone calling me.
The masks I received are of poor quality and the top elastic band which is stapled onto the mask comes off if you try and wear it!
Horrible customer service and very poor quality items.

I ordered a roll of Black Polythene Sheeting from this Company. I would like to say they were excellent. The product arrived on time, and in tip top condition. The staff were helpful and if I had a qustion were very fast at replying to my e-mails. I can not speak highly enough of this Company, and I will certainly be using them again. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

I ordered facemasks from this company because their website had led me to believe I was buying a British product. Instead, I was sent a Chinese product that was different from the saftety certificate shown on Indigo's website for what I'd ordered. No apology, but they said I could return them, but had to arrange my own courier. Not worth the hassle, and not good enough. This is bad and even, dishonest business practice.

After waiting for 8 days I rang this shower of a company. I was told they had not received my order, so I brought the same items from a reputable company (also cheaper). Days later I noticed they had taken the money from my account. Spoke to the manager, the items have already been posted delivery next day, if i sent the items back there would be a restocking fee plus they do not refund postage so would be cheaper to just keep them.
So they lost the order, sales team lied to me, and nothing I can do about it to get a refund.

I had to 'remind' them that I had ordered masks and I want them sent to me! When they came, they came in poor quality packaging and were certainly not the 'high' quality mask they advertise online, Advertised as 'boxed' masks, came in a cellophane bag with a printed 'pass' label inside. Don't waste you money

My kitchen floor needed repair real bad and when I resorted to Indigo supplies; my order for a temporary floor protection was prompt. The quality of services was commendable because it only took the team 3 days to deliver. I could not thank you enough. I feel comfortable again preparing food for the family in a safer and neater area.
