Went in to the shop in 2019 to browse when visiting York. Couldn't afford any of the rugs, but the man in the shop was so knowledgeable and passionate about the rugs we stayed in there for about an hour whilst he talked to us and showed them off, even though it was clear we weren't in a position to buy then. Took us two years to get back there and actually buy one, but it was well worth the wait!

This shop is a wonder for your eyes and imagination. So many beautiful rugs, made with natural materials and ethically sourced.
With social distancing now in place, we had to change our layout in the work space. We found by using rugs, we were able to keep our distance but still feel connected and focused while communicating with our clients.
The owner took the time to listen to our requirements. Our rooms have been transformed and our client feedback has been excellent. Thank you Henry and Emma, your products and service are second to none. Highly recommended!
